Cat's Eye -> Raised Reflective Pavement Marker
A Raised Reflective Pavement Marker is a safety device used on roads. They are usually made of plastic or ceramic, and come in a variety of shapes and colors. They include a lens or sheeting that enhance their visibility by reflecting vehicle headlights.
RRPMs, especially the earlier varieties are often known as Cat's Eyes.
